General Term and Condition

1. Therefore simply completed our booking form with the information required and your car rental would be prepared on your requested date and time.
2. The full payment will settled by cash in Rupiah.
3. All our car rental rates are include free car delivery and pick-up service at International Airport "Polonia" or Hotels which located in Medan.

Self Drive Car Rental Term and Condition

1. An international driving license or tourist driving license is required for guest(s) / foreigners who select a self drive car rental services.
2. Car rental rate are quoted for 24 hours car usage and exclusive car's daily operational petrol. Extra Time will be charged for each hour or part of an hour in excess of the time you were required to return the vehicle. Charged will be 10% of oneday car rental price for each hour with maximum 6 hours late return, and you will be charged a full day car rental if you return the vehicle more than 6 hours after the return date and time on the rental agreement.
3. Car accident or damage subjected to renter risk liability for Rp.350.000 or up to a month rental fee for major damage/accident.
4. Renter will fully responsible for theft of the car (any part of it) or any damage which caused car wasn't driven on the road/off Road(Examples: drive on the beaches, mud field, and other extreme fields).

With Driver Car Rental Term and Condition

1. The car rental rate are quoted at net price in Rupiah on 12 hours service per day. Addtional hours or extra hour(s) are subjected for additional fee 10% per Hours.
2. The rental rates are inclusive Driver fee and all risk car insurance.
3. The rental rates are exclusive car's petrol consumption.

4. English speaking Guide are available upon request. Guide Fee Rp.200.000 for 1 day service
